The product

Everything it does, without hunting through a brochure.

The core is the whole programme and it is always included. On top of that you add the modules not everyone needs.

The demo's daily dashboard: occupancy, today's arrivals and departures, who is in house and pending tasks

The core

The core: you don't pick it, it is the programme

It is in the base price whether you have eight rooms or forty. These six things are not bought, they are used.

Reservations and calendar

Where the day is spent.

  • A grid with days across the top and rooms down the side: who arrives, who leaves and what is free.
  • The booking is created from the cell itself, without changing screen.
  • You sell a room type and the programme places each guest in a specific room.
  • When it helps, it moves bookings already placed so one more fits, and writes down why it did.
  • Block a room for a repair and it stops selling itself.
  • Several properties in one account, with a view that adds them up where that makes sense.
The demo booking calendar: one row per room and each guest's stay, night by night

Data

Knowing how it is going without opening a spreadsheet.

  • Arrivals, departures, who is in house and today's occupancy, the moment you log in.
  • Forty-nine reports: production, occupancy, taxes, night audit, city ledger, pickup.
  • Every one downloads as CSV, and can be scheduled to arrive by email on its own.
  • A record of who changed what and when, archived and expired automatically.
The demo business intelligence: occupancy and revenue day by day, against the same period last year

Front desk

What happens between arrival and departure.

  • Check-in at the desk, with the details the law requires already on screen.
  • A guest record with their earlier stays. If they come back they are the same guest, not a new one.
  • The other people on the booking, each with their own record.
  • Cot, breakfast, parking: charged per night, per person or once.
  • Tourist tax worked out and put on the invoice.
  • Notes between departments attached to the booking, so they don't end up on a sticky note.

Money

The folio, the invoice and the till.

  • The folio for the stay with everything on it. It can be split, and charges moved from one to another.
  • Simplified, full and corrective invoices, in numbered series with no gaps.
  • 10% VAT on the stay and prices with tax already inside, so the totals add up.
  • A payment link to send by email or WhatsApp.
  • Till by shift, with a float, movements and a count at closing.

Compliance

What Spanish law asks for, built in.

  • Every invoice leaves a chained record with its SHA-256 hash. Touch one and the chain breaks visibly.
  • The RD 1007/2023 QR code on the invoice, pointing at the tax office address.
  • The eleven fields of the police guest report, collected at online check-in or at the desk.
  • A report of which stay is missing a field, before the deadline passes.

Team

Who gets in, and how far.

  • Seven roles, from owner to maintenance. Housekeeping sees its tasks and does not see the till.
  • Personalised email invitations, and each person sets their own password.
  • With several properties, you decide which ones each person gets into.
  • The session closes itself after a while unused, and you choose how long.

The modules

The modules

Three are in the base price and are not chosen; the rest are bought separately. Not everyone rents function rooms or sells on their own account, and what you don't use, you don't pay for.

Tell us about your property.

We look together at what you need out of all this and what you don't, and set the account up with your own data already in.

No fifteen-day trial and no card: a conversation and a quote in writing.
